AT&T has hit the dirt... Could Verizon be next?

AT&T had been on the hit list here in Iowa for a couple of years now. He had several hunters frustrated with always coming soooooo close, yet staying sooooo far away.... nobody was able to get a shot off, that is until Lee called his number!! Lee named this massive 10 point "AT&T" a couple of years back due to the side outline of his rack which resembles the service bars on a cell phone when it's measuring the strength of your cell signal.
This deer was the master of evasive maneuvering! Just when you thought you were gonna get a shot at him, he would turn and sink back into the woods in the opposite direction. Lee and Tiff first laid eyes on AT&T underneath them in a deer stand back in 2009, however, with low light, they could not see him clearly enough to estimate his age so they passed him up knowing he would be an absolute monster in the future.... and this big 10 point didn't disappoint almost 2 years later.
They had no pics of him all summer again this year until finally on the north end of the farm he finally showed up on just one picture.
On the 14th of November, our friend Lee Murphy saw AT&T coming out of the timber at about 50 yards. He thought he would come in closer, but as fate would have it that day, a beautiful doe went prancing by and led AT&T off in the opposite direction.
When country singer Toby Keith was in town he also caught a glimpse of AT&T. AT&T did not answer Toby's call and walked in the opposite direction.
Our good buddy Brad Penny had his heart set on AT&T as well this year, and again AT&T tempted him by coming within view but was still out of shooting range. Brad wasn't too broken hearted though as he quickly filled his tag with another monster buck named "Kickstand".

AT&T was a real challenge for everyone and we were all left wondering if AT&T was going to elude us again for yet another year! That's when Lee Lakosky took to the stands and decided he was going to pick up on AT&T's signal. Sure enough, Lee got a shot at him at just 50 yards out and before AT&T could retreat again, he took the shot and nailed him! AT&T is another awesome BBD for Lee!!!
