This is what Legends are made of...

What do you get when six stellar hunters, several crazy big whitetail "legends", four Red Bone cameramen, and one ugly orange couch come together? Well, besides fun, you have one entertaining hunting show! Recently the Legends of the Fall (LOF) clan came out to Red Bone Entertainment in Bonaparte, Iowa to set the stage for what looks to be yet another awesome show to air on Outdoor Channel July 4 2010 11p (EST).
After a few long days & late nights of filming show spines along with a few photo shoots, the LOF Clan is chompin' at the bit to get this show season underway. This winning combination of record whitetails, beloved hunters, and leading production begs us to coin the phrase "this is what legends are made of." Check out, www.thelegendsofthefall.com
Clantastic...
The LOF Clan with Red Bone
Back : Dave Bogart, Marc Baird (Red Bone), Mike McFerrin, Mark Luster, Eric Hale
Front: Chris Ward, Bonnie McFerrin, Nate Delong (Red Bone)
Someone's trash becomes an LOF treasure aka "the shows security blanket"
Nate films the LOF Clan unloading their rescued treasure, the already infamous orange couch.
Bonnie McFerrin looks like she's good at waiting for the next take. Another thing Bonnie is good at? - Harvesting Pope & Young whitetails including the current Texas State record for a female archer which scored 195 5/8 taken in 2008.
Nate Delong (Red Bone) gettin' the job done, or maybe he's thinking that orange couch would look good in his place?
A tight schedule means filming all day and often times, all night....
Filming in the streets of Bonaparte, you guessed it, with the orange couch.
Eric Hale (hunting since the ripe age of 5), Kevin Reynolds (Red Bone's latest addition, cameraman) & Mike McFerrin (avid archery hunter for over 20 years).
Late night filming can get to the best of us....
Filming the Clan doing "the Dusty" pose - not the first time & not likely the last time you will be seeing this pose. (long story);)
Four words: MUST WATCH THIS EPISODE =)
Chris Ward aka "Richard Simmons" has come a long way since buying his first bow at a pawn shop many moons ago.
Nate Delong (Redbone) and Bonnie McFerrin (LOF)
Nate Delong (Redbone LOF editor/cameraman) along with Steven Fey (Redbone Assistant Field Producer & Assistant Editor for Whitetail Freaks). Way to get the job done boys!
Eric Hale & Dave Bogart.... serious hunters or couch potatoes? You be the judge.
Baird, Hale, Luster and McFerrin.
Mark Luster & his hunting partner Dave Bogart may be considered the novices within the LOF Clan, but just ask them about 4 of the 11 bucks they've harvested within the last 3 years that grossed Boone & Crockett, and you'll know they are serious about chasing whitetail legends.
