The Coldfront Jacket and Pant is engineered for extended exposure to wet, frigid conditions. The three-layer GORE-TEX® soft-shell is 100% waterproof and breathable, and is now lined with an insulating Micro Grid fleece. The perceptibly quiet face fabric, built from tightly woven polyester, delivers bombproof durability and lasting water repellency.

The zippered hand pockets on the jacket have been moved higher, to keep your contents clear of your backpack, and to allow water to flow off of your elbows rather than into the pockets. Sitka also added cargo pockets to the bibs to accommodate necessities and raised the back to minimize heat loss during long sits in the cold.
