Cannon Falls, Minn. – Robinson Outdoor Products, manufacturer of ScentBlocker hunting clothing and scent eliminating liquids, and Tree Spider hunting safety equipment  announced a new partnership with The National Sports Center, owner of the Minnesota Deer Classic.

ScentBlocker and Tree Spider will be presenting sponsors of the 2014 Minnesota Deer Classic. We will have a major presence at this year’s event, with an exhibit of our innovative products, as well as presenting an A-list of some of the most famous television hunting personalities to meet with Minnesota whitetail enthusiasts.

The Deer Classic will be held March 7-9 at the Schwan Center on the campus of the National Sports Center in Blaine, MN.

Here is list of just some of our ScentBlocker and Tree Spider television personalities who will be appearing at the Minnesota Deer Classic:

Scott Shultz, President/CEO/Owner of Robinson Outdoor Products – For nearly twenty years Scott has steered the Robinson company and its renowned ScentBlocker and Tree Spider brands to the forefront of the hunting market. A keen eye for detail and dedicated to in-field performance, Scott provides both the inspiration and the driving force behind the company’s technical products and its advanced technologies.

A seasoned veteran of the outdoor industry, a former world class target archer, and a lifelong bowhunter, Scott is a recognized TV personality. As he travels the world in search of hunting adventures, Scott is all-the-while field-testing products to assure each and every one is true to the brand and true to the mission; providing value and performance, and improving the quality of our customer’s experience while afield.

Known for his innovative ideas and “outside the box” attitude, Shultz will long be remembered for challenging conventional thought, redefining industry standards, and a relentless dedication to satisfying customer needs. A dedicated family man with a strong faith, Scott Shultz is a true gentleman of the outdoor industry.

ScentBlocker's Most Wanted and Outdoors in the Heartland’s Bob Richardson and Larry Woodward

When you talk about someone who has lived and experienced the outdoor industry for 40-plus years Bob Richardson’s name most likely comes up. At the age of five Bob’s father, Bob Sr. made certain that each weekend’s fishing or hunting trip included Bob.

Sixteen years ago Bob hooked up with another lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Larry Woodward. It was like a match made in heaven! Bob and Larry soon started their new careers as hosts of the television shows ScentBlocker's Most wanted Outdoors in the Heartland.

Larry Woodward, co-host of Outdoors in the Heartland and ScentBlocker's Most Wanted, grew up near the Mississippi River in Northeast Missouri guiding hunters and fishermen. He went on to do seminars and The Outdoor Guide radio show in the mid-‘80s, eventually switching to television in the mid-‘90s.

ScentBlocker's The Chase® with Travis and Leigh Creekbaum

The Chase is on as this husband wife team battle the elements and their busy careers to live the dream of filming hunts. Travis, a Portfolio Manager, and Leigh, a Financial Advisor, hit the road in a decked out motor coach to fill their tags in time to return to the grind.

Driven™ with Pat and Nicole Reeve

It’s more than just a television show… it’s a way of life for Pat and Nicole. "Driven" is a reality based hunting show that is quickly becoming one of the best shows on the air today. Not only is it popular with the guys but also the growing population of gals and kids out there. The couple live and breathe the opportunity to travel the world chasing big game together, but agree that whitetail deer is what they love hunting the most. Does everything always go their way? "Not even close," Pat says. "We definitely have our trying times but wouldn’t have it any other way."

James Brion, and Rob Dunam of Nosler's Magnum TV, The Zone, and Moment of Impact

James Brion’s lifetime in the outdoors as an outfitter, videographer, hunting consultant and producer has given him the experience and desire to build top shelf outdoor productions, which truly exemplify the nature of our hunting world. His worldwide travels, hunting in eight countries on four continents in addition to his years as an outfitter in the U.S., give him a broad based knowledge of hunting adventures from the most common to some of the most exotic our planet has to offer.

Rob Dunham is a Canadian outfitter with more than 20 years of experience outfitting and guiding elk, moose, sheep, caribou, whitetail, bison and black bear. His extensive experience in the far reaches of Canada as well as Africa make him a tremendous resource for worldwide adventure.

“We could not be more excited to announce this new partnership to the thousands of Minnesota outdoor enthusiasts who will be attending this year’s Deer Classic,” said Greg Savino, the director of the Minnesota Deer Classic. “The television outdoor personalities ScentBlocker® and Tree Spider® are bringing to this year’s show are some of the biggest names on the outdoor television networks.”

For the last 36 years the ScentBlocker brand has been innovating on the hunter’s behalf with products from scent eliminating liquids and apparel, and tree-stand safety products with our Tree Spider brand. “Always innovating” says Michael Swan, Marketing Director; “Being headquartered in Cannon Falls, MN, we really look forward to unveiling our 2014 product lineups right here at home. Today’s top hunting personalities who’ve been in the field for hundreds of days are looking forward to sharing the successes of the season with the MN Deer Classic attendees.
